Solution To Bus Crowded Problem

Rihla takes us around the theme of travel inspired by the wanderings of the famous medieval traveler Ibn Battuta, born and died in Tangier in the fourteenth century.

Ibn Battuta, as compared with Marco Polo wrongly (driven primarily by commercial motives), especially for a perpetual traveling spiritual renewal, a boundless passion for knowledge.
Ibn Battuta, a geographer, the wanderer, do not hesitate to take the waves to reach out to the Other.

Abid Bahri, Molenbeek musician and composer, is the inspiration behind various musical projects including Luthomania, Qayna and Qantara, projects designed to reinvigorate the Middle Eastern music. For
Rihla he worked with Samir Bendimered, composer, arranger polytalent who excels in both the Arab-Andalusian repertoire in classical or contemporary works.

Both evenings are organized within the framework of the festival Moussem, which celebrates its first decade. In Antwerp and Brussels from November 12 to December 4.

Rihla is inspired by the wanderings of The famous medieval traveler Ibn Battuta. Ibn Battuta (14th century) was born, raised and died in Tangier, is often compared to Marco Polo. The latter was mainly looking for wealth and fame. Battuta was looking for continued spiritual regeneration. As a geographer, the wanderer, he did not hesitate to let himself drift on unknown currents to 'The Other' to meet.

Abid Bahri, Mill Beeks musician and composer, is the founder of various musical projects such as Luthomania, Qayna and Qantara, the oriental music new lease of life.
To create Rihla collaborates with Samir Bendimered, composer, arranger and music director who excels at both the Arab-Andalusian repertoire as in classical work.

These two nights are programmed under the Moussem Festival, held in Antwerp and Brussels from November 12 to December 4.
