About CFLI
Additional Training for Local Initiatives (Canada Fund) Illustration of the school Corvisart-Tolbiac is a comprehensive training dedicated to art as an illustrator. During the year, students deepen their bases in the drawing (nude, perspective, sketching out), will cover various areas of the illustration (press, publishing, comics ...) will learn various techniques (computer graphics, linocut, colors ...) and develop a portfolio of personal work.

From October to June, the training lasts 30 weeks: 15 weeks (23 hours), 6 weeks of independent work on personal projects and / or professional (with weekly monitoring at school) and 9 week internship. Of the 23 course hours: 4 hours of drawing (nu), 4 hours prospect / v / outdoor sketching, 15 hours of workshop distilled by 3 professionals from the illustration that officiate in various fields (publishing, press, comics, graphic and plastic arts).

During the year, are expected : Entries to the competition of Bologna and Angouleme (students regularly win awards), visit the book fair youth in Montreuil, a trip to the Angouleme comics festival, meetings with professionals in the world illustration ...
At year end, each student will present his work before a panel of faculty and visiting professionals.

CFLI This is open to students creative, motivated and with serious skills in drawing, holding at least a CAP of graphic art but accessible to all levels since the inception of the section, were selected students from vocational baccalaureate, university arts, graphic arts BTS, preparatory school ...
Recruitment is done in two phases: a pre-eligibility on academic record, motivation letter and mini-book, followed by an appointment for a presentation of work in late June Inquire at the school for enrollment.
