Very nice dress flared bottom and ruffled puff sleeves, it comes from his belt to wear (or not) the size, as on parade.

It is made of silk floss, it looks like burlap or linen, but in much softer and slightly wrinkled (and with the thermal qualities of silk this dress is heated in winter).
